How to remove your data from Huudis.
Unlink a social-login provider
To stop Huudis from using a specific social provider (Google, Apple, or Facebook) for sign-in:
- Sign in at huudis.com/login.
- Go to /dashboard/account/linked-accounts.
- Click Unlink on the provider card. The OAuth identity record is deleted within 24 hours.
You can additionally revoke Huudis from the platform's own app settings — for Facebook, that's under Facebook → Settings → Business integrations.
Delete your entire Huudis account
To permanently delete your account and all associated data:
- Email support@forjio.com from the address tied to your account, with the subject line
Delete my account. - We will reply within 5 working days to verify your identity. Once verified, we delete your account, all social-identity links, audit logs (except those required for legal retention), and any remaining session tokens within 30 days.
- Backups expire 30 days after that.
Note: deleting your Huudis account also deletes your access to every Forjio product that uses Huudis SSO (Plugipay, Storlaunch, Ripllo, Fulkruma, LinkSnap, etc.). Each product retains its own data per its own retention policy — contact those products directly for their data.
For Facebook users
You can request that Huudis delete the data tied to your Facebook account at any time, via either path above. Unlinking from /dashboard/account/linked-accounts is the fastest — token revocation propagates to Facebook within minutes and we purge the social-identity row within 24 hours.
If you have any concern that data hasn't been deleted as requested, email support@forjio.com and we'll investigate within 5 working days.
