Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Huudis, operated by PT Forjio Teknologi Indonesia. By signing up or signing in via Huudis you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Huudis.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.

You may sign up via email and password OR via social-login (Google, Apple, Facebook). You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify support@forjio.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Huudis powers single sign-on for the Forjio family of products (Plugipay, Storlaunch, Ripllo, Fulkruma, LinkSnap, and others). When you sign in to one of these products via Huudis, you authorize us to share your identity claims (email, name, role) with that product. Each Forjio product has its own Terms of Service governing your use of that product's features.

You will not:

•Use Huudis to impersonate another person or organization

•Attempt to bypass authentication, MFA, or rate-limiting

•Reverse-engineer or scrape OIDC endpoints

•Resell access or automate signups

•Interfere with platform stability (DOS, abusive request rates, credential stuffing)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. You may close your account at any time from settings.

Huudis is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or zero-downtime authentication. We aim for high uptime but make no formal SLA on the free tier.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huudis's aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid Huudis in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the District Court of Bengkulu (Pengadilan Negeri Bengkulu).

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
