How are MAUs counted?
A monthly active user is any sub that produced at least one successful token exchange in a rolling 30-day window. Service accounts don’t count.
Do I get a PPN-compliant invoice?
Yes, on Bisnis and Enterprise. We issue e-Faktur invoices in IDR with NPWP + e-materai where required.
Can I self-host?
On-prem is available for Enterprise. Everyone else runs on our managed infra in Jakarta and Singapore.
Is IAM really on the free tier?
Yes. Policies, groups, roles, service accounts, and assume-role are all on Gratis. We gate audit retention and access-key counts, not the policy engine itself.
